|7. OFFER STUDENT EXCHANGES ACROSS CONTINENTS|
Your university should welcome as many students as you send abroad. While it is good to have an International School to gather these visiting students in their own programs, it should be a threshold for their integration on campus in the other Colleges as well.
When they arrive they should receive a schedule of participation in inclusive activities such as language clubs, culture nights, local radio interviews, video recordings for the university, online TV Channels, etc.
Moreover, the students you send abroad could keep up at a distance with their peers at home, in different forms: video blogs with foreign friends, support through online networks like Ning or Livemocha and the like. They could get credits for doing so.
Twitter can be used for beginners in the other language, and more complex online networks allowing longer posts can be used from the intermediate level of proficiency in the target language.
